Pure copper strip is soft and malleable; a freshly exposed surface has a reddish-orange color. It is used as a conductor of heat and electricity, as It has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance , weather resistance and processing properties, can be welded and soldered.
