Copper Wire 2.2mm Diameter Without Varnish Annealing Pure Copper Electrical Wires
Product Description
Copper clad aluminium wire is bimetallic wire consisting of an aluminium core cladded with copper, which simultaneously has the features of copper's good electrical conductivity and aluminium's light weight. It's the preferred material for inner conductor of coaxial cable and electrical equipment wire and cable.
Feature
Compared to copper conductors:
Higher Flexibility due to lower elastic modulus 63% material weight reduction due to lower specific gravity of CCA over regular copper
Compared to aluminum conductors:
Better corrosion resistance than aluminum due to copper layer. Lower resistance due to high electric conductivity of copper
Better solderability
Higher strength than aluminum
Application:
CCA wire widely used in Cable TV signal and large volume communications net work signal transmission, control signal cable , welding cable and so on.

Bare Copper Wires:
Pure copper is formed by upward casting or horizontal continuous casting and rolling after the cathode copper is melted. The copper content is greater than 99.90%, and through further smelting, the purity of copper can reach 99.9999%. Adding a small amount of alloying elements can be melted into special copper alloys (silver copper alloy, magnesium copper alloy, tin copper alloy, nickel copper contract, etc.). Pure copper has good conductivity, thermal conductivity, and weldability, and is widely used in various fields such as aerospace, high-speed rail vehicles, household appliances, mechanical equipment, communication transmission, various cables, electronic devices, and so on.
Product Advantage:
1. Excellent conductivity, ductility, and thermal conductivity, with a wide range of application scenarios.
2. With excellent welding performance, it can meet the requirements of plasma welding, electron beam welding, laser welding and high-frequency welding.
3. Excellent softness, ideal material for automotive wiring harnesses and drag chain wiring harnesses.
4. The mechanical performance can be customized privately, ensuring stable and reliable application under different conditions.
