1.5m to 650m range 5mm@40m accuracy 500kHz PRR HS650i pulse-base multi echo 3D laser scanner for substation modeling

Substation refers to the place where voltage and current are transformed, electric energy is received and distributed in the power system. The substation in the power plant is a step-up substation, which is used to boost the electric energy sent by the generator and feed it to the high-voltage power grid. Substation automation and intelligence advocated by the state is a long-term development direction. Through the 3D laser scanning technology, the real three-dimensional data of the substation can be obtained, and the 3D digitization and intelligence of the substation can be realized based on the automatic management platform.

Hi-Cloud HS650i high-precision 3D laser scanner is applied to scan the internal equipment and external structure of the substation, obtain the initial point cloud data, de-noise and smooth the collected original 3D point cloud data and geographic location information data, which can effectively and quickly realize the establishment of 3D model. The obtained data can be used to mount and monitor the equipment in the station, which greatly saves the management cost and operation and maintenance efficiency of the power system.
