What is the 3D phone case? 3D phone case is the plastic case with the lenticular sheet with image printed(need the special design for the image). As the lenticular have many small cylinder, and the refraction theory of the cylinder makes your left eye and right eye see two images from different angles at the same time, so your brain will integrate them into a 3d depth image. (The theory of flash effect is same)

Q1: Is it available for samples?

Answer: Yes and inventory sample could be Free, but you need pay freight for cost. As for high value or customized samples, we will charge some cost according to the customer’s requirement.

Q2: What is the lead time for samples?

Answer: if choose from inventory, we would send the samples out in 2 workdays. If customized sample or some special situation, we both could friendly discuss the delivery date.

Q3: What’s the lead time for production?

Answer: Normally 7-15 days depends on the order quantity and requirement.

Q4: Is it OK with OEM products?

Answer: Yes, we can do OEM. We have our R&D department and mold section to support customers and ourselves to develop and make new products

Answers: 1. Provide samples for approval if necessary

2. Make payment for deposit to get the production started

3. After production finished, the buyer can dispatch one inspection institution to come to check the quality (we do 100% inspection by ourselves before shipping)

4.Make balance payment

5.Arrange for shipping and provide tracking number or shipping documents to buyer.

Q6: After-sales service?

Answer: We take responsibility for any orders. We do 100% inspection during production and before packaging. If there is any defect shipped to buyers, we will provide replacement in next order.
