During Production Inspection DUPRO Service

Why would you want to spend time and money inspecting a product before it's finished? You can't possibly know anything about the quality of a product you're manufacturing until you see the finished product. Right? Well, not exactly. An interesting article published in Wired yesterday followed a PhD student from MIT who has been studying stress sensor technology and its potential applications. One such application was trying to draw a link between the data collected on human behavior and designing better products. Essentially, test subjects were given products to use while wearing sensors and researchers studied the stress readings picked up by the sensors to determine where subjects were frustrated or dissatisfied with the products.

DUPRO is an inspection designed to assess the average product quality level and detect possible quality issues at an early stage. If non-conformity is discovered, it allows for quick corrective action from the factory, and for retro-fitting of the production.

DUPRO is performed when 20% - 80% of goods are ready. The AQL random sampling inspection standards and methods are the same as FRI.

• Sample Inspection and Test: SIT is inspecting your sample and tests your sample as your requirements and international standard.
• Pre-production Inspection: PPI focuses mainly on the quality of the components and materials used in the production process. It includes a visual check on the quality of packing materials and accessories.
• First Batch on-site Inspection: FBI is working for your new items pilot running, improve the overall quality level and prevent quality issues, to meet with your production schedule.
• During Production Inspection: DPI is ideal for shipments of substantial quantities, product lines with continuous production, strict requirements for on-time shipments, and as a follow-up if poor results were found during DPI.
• Pre-shipment Inspection: FRI is an evaluation of key products at the end of production when a consignment is 100% manufactured and at least 80% packed. We will inspect the products final quality, quantity, packing. During the quality check stage, we will check the marking, packing, appearance, workmanship, functionality and etc.
• On-site sorting service: OSS is a 100% full inspection on-site, which is for lower quality yield batch or your special customers which need high-end quality products.
