Social Audit is an emerging concept that has become popular and relevant in the context of Good Governance. Social audit through its systematic process allows the civil society to identify the gap between the desired and actual impact of a project/programme/service implemented. It also allows people to enforce accountability and transparency in government service delivery. Since social audit is an emerging concept in good governance, its concepts, approaches, strategies and adaptable methodologies need to be propagated and percolated. Thus, there emerged a need for a Centre for Social Audit to provide a clear set of guidelines to carry out and sustain the process of Social Audit. Social audits have the potential to make delivery of public programmes more effective. While the process is evolving, the social audits of the MGNREGA have shown what is possible. Social audit – a transparent, participatory and active evaluation process – has the potential to encounter the corruption that plagues anti-poverty programmes. Social audit as one of the tools of social accountability mechanisms is now mandatory in few development programmes.
This Centre has a broad inter-disciplinary perspective towards social accountability mechanisms, which cut across the different development programmes and policies, run by different Ministries. Hence the mandate of the Centre is to focus on social audit in particular and social accountability mechanisms in general. Besides research and training, it focuses on documentation, publication and specially working in the field by networking with various social audit units/ NGOs/CSOs/activist groups in facilitating the conduct of pilot audits, test audits and audits.

Social Audit - This is to ensure clients lower the risk of contributing to social and environmental harm by committing to standards which address the concerns of their stakeholders, and to ensure that your business partners abide with your company’s commitment to corporate social and ethical responsibility.

Top Inspection will verify the compliance status based on the client’s Code of Conduct, SA8000/ETI social system standards and local laws with impartiality and justness. Effective social accountability programs are characterized by transparency, engagement with stakeholders, and a long-term, systematic approach.

A. In case of any Poor quality, incorrect shipments, unreal information from suppliers. Inspection is the most efficient way to protect the buyer’s rights.
2. How to start the inspection?
The client sends us the booking and book 2-3days in advance. We contact Factory to confirm the inspection. The client Confirm the inspection plan and pay. We perform the inspection and the client gets an inspection report within 12hours.
3. What we need to provide you for inspection?
The Factory contact way, product information as well as your special quality control requirement if you have. Some client will send approved samples also
4. What information does the inspection report include?
A. Our written reports are very detailed, including an accurate description of all defects and inconsistencies, statistic analysis based on the highly recognized AQL standard and plentiful spot pictures for illustration. A written report + Inspection video + Original pictures will provide with 24hours after inspection
5. What does the Inspection rate?
The standard rate covers up to 12 working hours per assignment (including traveling, inspection and report preparation). There is no extra charge for the inspectors' transportation and accommodation expenses.
