Rust dissolver also known as rust agent. Its main role is to loosen rusty fasteners, lubricate fasteners that can not be disassembled. It can form lasting anti-corrosion protection on the bare metal surface and prevent new corrosion formation. It is also an ideal lubricating coolant, suitable for tapping on the surface of stainless steel and aluminum plates. It can effectively clean and dry electronic equipment and improve the conductivity.
However, rust dissolver will produce a large amount of residue, which not only seriously corrodes the industrial pipeline, but also pollutes the soil and environment. It also has another big disadvantage, that is to after removing rust by rust dissolver, the metal surface must be painted with anti-rust paint, otherwise it will return rust very soon.
While the metal cleaning laser is a very environmental friendly cleaning tool, it pumps high-energy pulsed laserbeam which is absorbed by the pollutants on the substrate surface. The absorption of large energy causes the formation of rapidly expanding plasma (highly ionized unstable gas) around the pollutant, which generates shock wave, which causes the pollutant to be fragmented and removed. Therefore, no extra pollutants produced in the cleaning process and no harm to the environment.
