Application:

1,Dipping tank: The dipping tank is composed of a carrier,a transmission component and a traveling mixing component.① The carrier is formed into cylinder shape by bending deformation and welding of 10mm steel plate ;② The transmission component is composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, coupling, sprocket, chain, etc. its operation is controlled by electric box ;③ The traveling mixing component is composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, coupling, wheel, mixing blade, etc. its operation is controlled by electric box.

2,Drying box: the drying box is composed of conveying beam frame, chain drive component, radiator and wall.① The conveying beam frame is composed of 150x150 square tube, 30x30 square steel main body and 14x22 key chain edge;② The chain drive component is composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, coupling, large roller chain, sprocket, etc. its operation is controlled by electric box;③ The radiator is a purchased part with drying function;④ Wall: the whole structure is wrapped by the wall on site to make the drying effect more effective.

Work principles:

Anti-corrosion drying of rebar mesh Semi-finished rebar mesh is hung on the single-girder traveling crane to be immerged in the anti-corrosion solurion. Then it is dried in the diying box hung on the single-girder traveling crane. After being dried, rebar mesh is stacked and ready to be assem-bled beside Pommel horse rack.

Maintenance and repair:

1,Maintenance

Clean the dust after each shift, and add lubricant oil to the wheel before the production.

2, Repair

Check the wheel and transmission parts each month and replace the destroyed parts.

b,Check the wiring and electrical parts very 6 months, and add oil to the reducer.

c,Wash all transmission parts, replace the worn parts and add lubricant one per year.
