In AAC production line, after finished cutting,turn cakes 90^° ,use waste moving device to move top and bottom wastes.

Working principle:

At the bottom of cake will have one layer watse,cake should be putted on the overturn frame turning 90^°

Cake bottom cutting surface from horizontal poistion turn into horizontal position, under the action of gravity,automatic falling down,waste on the surface of cake be romoved. Overturn table all use hydraulic drive.

Overturn oil cylinder has end-point cushioning performance.In order to makre sure stability of steaming bottom plate,side plate,setup locking device on the side position when they overturn.

Advantage:

Big/ small trolley moving stationary,no shaking no jam,cake stability.

Mechanical limit with photoelectric limit.

Ovtuern oil cylinder install on the ground,Easy to repair and clean.
