The advantage of this vertical powder coating plant is its huge production capacity. To install a vertical line, the height should be 14m. The huge equipment used in this line is specially manufactured for this type of line. The conveyor speed can be adjusted to 3 m/min. For normal vertical powder coating, 48 powder spray guns work in two separate powder chambers.
