Product Description
PP powder coating booths with powder supplying center are used for the electrostatic powder coating of all types of workpieces in large batches with frequent color changes.The most important characteristics of such booth including:
- The whole booth body and basement are in environmental PP plastic material
- Automatic floor cleaning (no powder accumulation)
- Not easy to stick to powder, easy to clean
- Fast color change by one person.

Product Paramenters
Pre-treatment includes degreasing,water rinsing,phosphating,water rinsing.
Can be in spraying style or in dipping tank style.
Water curing-off oven is used to dry off the water after pre-treatment,in order to save time and make the powder cover on the workpiece well before entring the powder coating booth.
Powder coating booth is made of cold rolled steel sheet or PP panel sheet.
PP Panel powder coating booth can change color quickly. If you need to change color quickly,we recommend you use PP Panel powder coating booth.
Powder curing oven is used to curing the powders to level into a uniform film which effectively protects the workpiece from external corrosion.
