Grassland 125 mm stainless steel Zirconia abrasive Flap Discs

Product details
Flap discs are manufactured in high quality zirconia abrasive.

125mm x 22.2mm for popular 5in angle grinders.
Zirconium (zircoinia oxide) abrasive flaps suitable for both mild and stainless steels.
Generous flap count for long life.
Available in 40 (coarse), 60 and 80 (fine) grades.
Compliant with EN137430.
Slightly conical profile (Type 29) for easy surface contact.
Shrink wrapped and packed in cartons of 10.

They are specially formulated and developed for Aluminum and other Non-Ferrous metals such as bronze, copper and other like metals which are prone to clog abrasives while grinding. Grassland technical team sets its self apart from other discs by increasing the life span of the wheel, removing more material for longer periods of time and decreasing waste.

1- T27 flat shape for grinding and finishing at a small angle(up to 15°)
2- T29 conical shape for grinding at an angle of 15~25°,apply on curved and more difficult to access areas as well as face and surface grinding.


Applications: Stainless steel, Normal steels, Alloy steels, Non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
