More information of Industrial Axial Flow Fans
Compared with centrifugal fans, axial flow fans have the following main characteristics:
1. If axial flow fans are made into moving blades or static blades that can be adjusted, the adjustment efficiency is high and the fan can work in the high-efficiency area. As a result, operating costs are significantly lower than centrifugal fans.
Axial flow fans with efficiencies of up to 90% and centrifugal fans with airfoil blades with 92.8% efficiency are not much different when designing for loads. However, when the unit is under low load, the efficiency of moving vanes or adjustable axial flow fans is much higher than that of centrifugal fans with inlet guide regulation.
