More information of Industrial Axial Flow Fans
Compared with centrifugal fans, axial flow fans have the following main characteristics:
If the performance of the axial flow fan and the centrifugal fan are the same, the noise intensity of the axial flow fan is higher than that of the centrifugal fan. Because axial flow fans often have more than twice the number of blades than centrifugal fans, the speed is also higher than that of centrifugal fans. However, for two fans with the same performance, the investment in the silencer is not much different to reduce the noise to the permissible noise standard of -85 dB.
