Features:
- Solitary beam detectors, also recognized as single beam sensors, find widespread use in automated sliding doors, shutter doors, garage doors, windows, and various other applications.
- Each unit consists of a transmitter and receiver, featuring an integrated amplifier that emits an infrared beam. This narrow infrared beam (either Type I or II) effectively counteracts external light interference.
- Even when mounted at a low elevation (20-40cm above ground level), these sensors maintain a dependable detection range spanning 2-20 meters.
- Distinguishing itself, the IR-20 sensor boasts a self-detecting capability tailored for sliding doors. Upon interruption of the self-detecting beam, the door halts its closure, swiftly retracting to its widest position. Resuming its opening motion, the door continues until the detecting beam is reinstated. Following complete closure, the detecting beam deactivates.
Functionality:
- Position each detector pair at opposing points, delineating an infrared zone between them. Detection of movement within this zone triggers an alarm signal relayed to the security alarm host (not provided).
- Ideally suited for incorporation into security setups within educational institutions, commercial complexes, medical facilities, residential premises, and more.
- The detection scope maintains consistency even amidst inclement weather scenarios like rainfall, dust storms, etc.

Connection Details of JUTAI IR-20

InstallationTo open the IR-20M, lift the front panel of the photocell. Insert the cables in their housing and fix the base to the wall.
If the photocell needs to be mounted on a wall, drill the three 5 ø holes and fit suitable screw anchors. If the photocell needs to be mounted on metal, drill the three 3 ø holes for fitting with the self-tapping screws.
Make the connections. Power the photocells with a voltage between 12 and 24V DC/AC. If positioning, alignment and connection have been carried out properly, the red LED on the receiver will be off. Each time the ray is interrupted, the red LED switches on.
Cover the photocell with the front panel. Insert to the stop and close it. Interrupt the ray several times checking the relay response. Fix the front panels with the provided screws.
