Q: Do new equipment have heads installed?

Heads will not be installed. Heads will be put separately inside wooden package

to protect heads from damage during sea transportation. Do not worry about

head installation. You will receive a picture which shows clearly how to connect print

head, head board and print head

cable.Our engineer will also offer you online guidance on installation and calibration.

Q: Do they need to be assembled by a technician?

All machine arrives assembled. all spare parts are packed inside. When you receive machine,

you do not need to buy spare parts, all you need to do is install print head and software and

collection system.

A: Our engineers can speak English, they will help you install machine on line via

team viewer. Engineers can also come to your country to offer on-site training on

machine. Besides, welcome to visit us for inspecting machine quality and get

Q: What is your Warranty Policy?

We provide 1 year warranty on all electrical boards. If any part have problem during

warranty time, our company will send you replacing parts for free and help you to
