Install method:

WALL INSTALLATION

Method A:Wood battens installation system

Step 1:Fix the wood battens to level the wall(spacing at 400-600mm).

Step 2:Fill in fiberglass acoustic wool between wood battens.

Step 3:Fix the perforated acoustic panel on the wood battens with gun nails,and insert the wooden slat into the side groove.

Step 4:Repeat until the installation is completed, the joints between the panels are generally recommended to be 3-5mm, and the nailing position is on the side of the panel.

Step 5:Installation completion effect.

Method B:Keel systems installation

Step 1:Fix side keel WY-009 on the wood battens and light steel keel with gunnail and screws.

Step 2:Fix the WY-008 main keel at the two ends of installation area. It is recommended to keep 3-5mm gap during installation.

Step 3:Move the side groove along WY-008 andWY-009 direction from left to right and bottom to top.

Step 4:For solid wood and natural veneer, if the wood grain pattern is required, it must be numbered in advance and installed following numbers.

SUSPENDED CEILING INSTALLATION SYSTEM

Method A:Exposed Ceiling SC-E

Step 1:L hanger fixed with suspension rod and T-type main tee,then clip in cross tee and fix corner.

Step 2:Installation of exposed ceiling.

Step 3:Installation completion.

Method B:Tegular Ceiling SC-T

Step 1:L hanger fixed with suspension rod and T-type main tee,then clip in cross tee and fix corner.

Step 2:Installation of tegular ceiling.

Method C:Concealed Ceiling SC-C

Step 1:L hanger fixed with suspension rod and T-type main tee,then clip in cross tee and fix corner.
