Concealed means that the keel can't be seen at all after installation, and the four sides of the sound-absorbing board need to be finely processed respectively. There are small chamfers in the flat-fell seam between the boards, and the concealed system can make the ceiling form an overall visual effect.

Q1. Can I have a sample order for those system with panels?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

A: 5-7 days for Sample preparing ,15 ~21 working days for mass production.

A: Small size panels, several pcs per carton with pearl film protect and plastic corner protector too. Then according to request with plywood pallet or plywood frame pallet. Keel packed by carton.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Samples Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It takes 3-5 working days to arrive.

Cargo will ship by sea usually, by FCL or LCL, according to request and order quantity. It takes 2weeks - 6weeks basing on destination.

Q5. Can be customized the panels ?

A: No panel size and shape can be customized. Only the base material and finish can be selected

Q6: Do you offer warranty for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products, except the man-made damage.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A:Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system .

Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new panels with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will discuss the solution according to real situation.
