1.Measure the installation height according to the design specifications and mark the ceiling level. Secure the edge trim along the perimeter of the wall at the designated height.
2.Determine the panel installation direction and drill suspension holes in the ceiling structure at intervals of ≤ 1200mm. Use expansion bolts to fasten the suspension rods securely.
3.Fix the light steel keel hangers and install the light steel keels. Adjust them to maintain a level position, ensuring all keels are parallel.
4.Attach the special hook keels onto the light steel keels using special hook keel hangers. Level the hook keels and tighten the screws to secure them. Ensure the hook keels are parallel and perpendicular to the light steel keels.
5.Hang the special hook panels onto the special hook keels sequentially, following the correct installation order.
6.Measure and cut the edge panels to fit the site dimensions and place them on the edge trims.
7.Keep hands clean and free from sweat, oil, or dirt during installation to prevent damage to the panel surface.
