Product Description:

The aluminum plastic board is an elegant combination of two disparate materials-metal and non-metal. By blending together the properties of metal aluminum and non-metal polyethylene plastic, it creates something that goes beyond the limited properties of either material on their own.

This hybrid material has a number of amazing features - it looks luxurious, is available in many eye-catching color combinations, and is made to last. It is highly resistant to corrosion, collisions, fires, and moisture; and has great thermal and sound insulation properties. It is also able to protect against earthquakes.

On top of that, the aluminum plastic board is very lightweight and easy to mold into a range of shapes and sizes. As a result, it is very simple to install and move.

Features:

Uniquely Lightweight: Aluminum composite panels hold an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, with uniform stiffness (E.j). The weight per unit surface area of these panels is about 60% of aluminum panels, and only 30% of steel panels.

Incredible Adhesive Strength: With an even high 180° peeling strength, there will be no spontaneous peeling between the aluminum sheet and the plastic core material, even when used for extended periods of time.

Weather Tolerance: The coating of the aluminum composite panels remains intact, and the color and gloss of the panels remain unchanged for long-term outdoor use, with a typical lifespan of over twenty years.

Anti-Corrosive Properties: Their strong adhesion and corrosion resistance makes it possible for the aluminum composite panels to withstand acid (10%H2S04), alkali (10%NaOH), and salt mist; this is due to the strength of the PVDF fluorocarbon resin coating.

Wind Load Resistance: Their resistance to wind load demands applicable to high-rise building exterior decoration meets the national A-grade criteria.

Fire Resistant: Since the middle layer of these panels is composed of non-toxic polyethylene, encased by non-combustible thin aluminum sheets on both sides, aluminum composite panels can be considered as fire-resistant.
