PE Aluminum Composite Panel - 0.1mm Aluminum, Regular Color, for Exhibitions
An aluminum plastic panel
is a flat panel composed of a non-aluminum core inserted between two aluminum sheets. Generally, this panel is covered by PVDF or PE, providing a large selection of colors and finishes. In addition to architecture, aluminum composite panels are typically seen applied in advertising signboards, shop facades, and interior designs, due to their remarkable durability, lightness, and formability. Moreover, they are recyclable and energy-saving, matching today's trending maximization of sustainable materials.
Aluminum composite panels are a lightweight yet strong building material. They have a very high strength-to-weight ratio, with the same stiffness (e.g.) the weight per unit area of aluminum composite panels is only about 60% of that of aluminum plates and 30% of steel plates. This makes them perfect for construction and decorating purposes.
In spite of their lightweight, aluminum composite panels are incredibly durable, with a strong 180° peeling strength so that after long-term use, the aluminum plate and the plastic core material cannot easily peel off. Perfect for outdoor use, aluminum composite panels virtually don't change color and gloss with poor weather conditions, have a long lifespan of over 20 years, and strong adhesion to resist the corrosion of acid (10%H2S04), alkali (10%NaOH), and salt mist.
Aluminum composite panels also feature a national A level of wind pressure resistance, fulfilling the requirements of wind pressure resistance for high-rise exterior wall decoration. Its two sides are non-combustible aluminum thin plates, and the core layer is non-toxic polyethylene, making it not easy to burn and self-extinguish quickly after being separated from the fire source.
Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) has a variety of uses across multiple industries, from building exteriors to retail design. It is commonly used as cladding on high rise buildings, bungalows, corporate offices, and commercial towers, providing a durable and easy-to-clean exterior.
It is also an ideal building material for interiors, as it can be used for wall paneling, ceiling designs, and room partitions, enabling homeowners, offices, and commercial spaces to have superior aesthetically pleasing interiors. In addition, ACM is widely used in the creation of signage, which can include billboards, shopfront signage, direction signs, digital print signage, and display platforms.
The versatility of ACM also enables its use in the manufacturing of body parts for a range of vehicles, including buses, trains, metros, airplanes, and marine vehicles, as well as in the creation of furniture designs, wardrobes, kitchen cabinet surfaces, industrial uses, and other interior fixtures. It is even used in more specialized sectors including the hospitality, healthcare, and education industries, in addition to sports and recreation and infrastructure.
