Magic Silicone Based Lubricant Spray For Metallic Casting Mould Releasing Spray

Application:

This spray silicone oil lubricant is formulated with silicone polymers dispersed in a quick drying solvent carrier. It creates a thin film between the polyurethane system and the mould thus making easy separation possible.

It can be applied in temperature between 60℃~150℃, for mould-releasing such as plastics and rubber industries, metallic casting mould, which forms the resisting film to prevent body adhesion, and not corrodes the body surface.

It also has excellent anti-rust effect and powerful lubricating function, which can be widely applied to mechanism, precision parts and metal products.

Shelf Life: 2 years

Directions:

1. Shake well before use.

2. Spray evenly to the mould, if spray too much, wipe it with soft cloth.

Precautions:

1. No punch or stinging to the container.

2. Keep away from heat, frame, sparks and any other sources of ignition.

3. Store it in cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The storage temperature shall range 0-45℃.
