100 Mesh Powder Coal Based Activated Carbon for Burning smoke purification/Removing HG,PCDDS,PCDFS,Heavy Metals
Description
The product is one kind of coal-based powdered activated carbon developed for garbage burning. The production processes are accomplished by using one combination of the following steps:
1.) Carbonization: Material with carbon content is pyrolyzed at temperatures in the range of 600–900 ℃, in absence of oxygen (usually in inert atmosphere with gases like argon or nitrogen)
2.) Activation/ Oxidation: Raw material or carbonised material is exposed to oxidizing atmospheres (carbon monoxide, oxygen, or steam) at temperatures above 250℃, usually in the temperature range of 600–1200℃.
3.) Powdered: After activation, the activated carbon will be powdered to 100 mesh by special mills.
Applications.
The product is used primarily in burning smoke purification, removing the heavy metal (especially Hg), PCDDS, PCDFS. This carbon is a coarser mesh media and is generally used in deep bed filters where pressure drop may be concerned. It functions as a dual purpose media provide both filtration and adsorption.

Advantages
Purification of the burning smoke, for this kind of activated carbon has the function of physical adsorption.Complicated pores structure provides an equal blend of low and high energy, also for effective removal of abroad range of high and low molecular weight organic compounds.Wets readily and do not float, thus minimizing loss during backwash operations.Create optimal transport paths for faster adsorption.
