The activated carbon equipment - coconut shell carbonization furnace equipment is a complete system containing many components such as a cylinder, an aperture, a gear ring, rollers, tugs, a feeding device, a flue gas incinerator, a secondary combustion chamber, etc.

The crushed and screened coconut shells enter the carbonization furnace by the conveyor device provided where it will go through the preheating section (with a temperature of 300 ℃), high-temperature carbonization section (600 ℃) and the tail end cooling section (300-350 ℃). The coconut shells will experience preliminary heating in the preheating section and release ash in the high-temperature section. Afterwards, it will be cooled in the spiral coils in the tail end cooling section, then in the water cooling machine for final cooling. High-quality materials are obtained as a result.

In addition, the secondary combustion chamber serves as the heat source for the furnace body. The heat comes from the flue gas created during carbonization and burnt in the incinerator, allowing for better heat efficiency and energy self-sufficiency.

The feeding system of the furnace body is designed with a twist conveyor for the silo for the purpose of uniform feeding and easier speed control.
