External Heating Carbonization Furnace: Suitable for Wood, Coal, & Fruit Shell Materials
External heating carbonization furnace is suitable for carbonization of wood, coal, and fruit shell materials, as well as continuous carbonization of other granular and debris materials, improvement of indicators, and drying of materials. It has small limitations and high compatibility. It adopts a horizontal structure with strong stability, 24-hour uninterrupted operation, and continuous production, overcoming the disadvantages of traditional intermittent furnaces. The cylinder is made of stainless steel 304, and the combustible gas combustion system adopts high-frequency welding. The heating shell is lined with high temperature resistant refractory fibers, which has a long service life and fewer vulnerable parts, making users more relieved.
The heat source of the rotary carbonization furnace comes from the volatile matter generated by material combustion. When the flue gas is transported to the incinerator for combustion, the generated heat enters the external combustion chamber of the carbonization furnace through the superheated flue to burn the drum. This mode of circulation greatly ensures the heat utilization of the carbonization furnace and reduces heat loss.
The rotary carbonization furnace can process various raw materials, such as coconut shell, apricot shell, coal, palm shell, etc., and can be customized according to your requirements.
