Product Description:

The coconut shell carbonization furnace equipment is a carbonization system composed of several components like a cylinder, an aperture, a gear ring, rollers, tugs, a feeding device, a flue gas incinerator and a secondary combustion chamber. Material is transported through a conveyor device into the preheating section of the furnace at 300℃. Then, it proceeds to the high-temperature carbonization section at 600℃, which is mainly used for emitting ash and improving the strength and hardness of coconut shells. After, it will move to the tail end cooling section at 300-350℃, which is equipped with spiral coils for preliminary cooling. It will then enter the water cooling machine for completing the cooling process, eventually delivering high-quality coconut shell carbonization material.

The secondary combustion chamber of the furnace utilizes the waste heat from the flue gas that is generated from the carbonization process. This is also the heat source of the furnace body - through the automatic ignition system and temperature control system, the system ensures it runs stably, safely and reliably, as well as optimally utilizing the heat and achieving heat self-sufficiency. Moreover, a twist conveyor is installed for the silo, aiding in evenly feeding the material and controlling the speed.
