The carbonization furnace is a carbonization system composed of a cylinder, an aperture, a gearring, rollers, tugs, a feeding device, a flue gas incinerator, a secondary combustion chamber, etc. The crushed and screened coconut shell is fed by the converyor device of the furnace body, the overall carbonization section of the furnace body is: preheating section (temperature: 300℃), high-temperature carbonization section (600℃) and tail end cooling section (300-350℃) in turn.

The materials enter the preheating section for preliminary heating and then flow to the high-temperature carbonization section according to the rotation of the furnace body. This section is mainly used to release ash and improve the strength and hardness of the coconut shell, after carbonization, the materials move to the tail end cooling section which is equipped with spiral coils for preliminary cooling and then enter the water cooling machine below for cooling, eventually obtaining high-quality coconut shell carbonization material.

The secondary combustion chamber of the furnace body is in the middle. The waste heat generated from the flue gas generated during the carbonization process is burned in the incinerator and enters the secondary combustion chamber for utilization, which is also the heat souce of the furnace body.It can better utilize the heat and achieve heat self-sufficiency.

The feeding system is equipped with a twist conveyor for the silo, making the feeding more uniform and the speed easier to control.
