The high-performance carbonization reactor is also equipped with safety functions such as pressure gauges and safety valves to ensure safe operation. It also has a flue gas incinerator, spray tower, waste heat boiler, dust collector, etc., used to exhaust the smoke generated during the carbonization process.

After high-temperature cracking, the finished carbon can be cooled by a water cooling machine to obtain carbonized material.
