The feeding end of the activated carbon regeneration furnace is the part that receives incoming materials. The raw materials enter the hopper and are transported into the furnace through a high-temperature spiral conveyor. In addition, the sealing performance of this part is also very good, and there will be no smoke or dust flowing out from the feeding end. This is also our company's patented product.
The steam section of the activated carbon regeneration furnace is well-known. The reason why activated carbon is called activated carbon is because the carbonized material needs steam to create pores when entering the activation furnace. Therefore, the regeneration furnace also needs steam activation. The waste carbon in the high-temperature state is calcined, and the substances in the pores are burned clean, and then the steam is injected into the activation furnace!
