Product Description:

This product is mainly used for reactivating a variety of materials, such as coconut shell charcoal, palm shell charcoal, apricot shell charcoal, peach shell charcoal, walnut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, and hard miscellaneous charcoal. The materials are heated up to a certain temperature in an air-insulated environment. When they enter the steam section of the activation furnace, a small amount of high-temperature water vapor is used to instantly spray on the surface of the material. This will cause the pores of the material to open up and to react with the steam, resulting in the formation of porous activated carbon with deeper and inward developed pores.

Features:

The activated carbon activation furnace in the figure below is composed of numerous systems.

These entail the feeding system, converter high-temperature heating system, steam system, flue gas treatment system and cooling system.

The carbonized material enters the furnace with the help of the conveying system. Then the furnace heats it to the set temperature.

Once it has reached the corresponding level, water vapor is sprayed onto the surface of the carbonized material in a high-temperature state.

This causes holes to appear making the activated carbon product. Then the cooling system cools it down so that it can be packaged and stored.
