High-Quality Activated Carbon Production with Activation Furnace,Steam activation furnace
The following figure shows the activated carbon activation furnace, which is composed of multiple systems such as the feeding system, converter high-temperature heating system, steam system, flue gas treatment system, cooling system, etc. The carbonized material enters the furnace through the conveying system for high-temperature heating. When the temperature reaches a certain level, a certain amount of water vapor is sprayed on the surface of the carbonized material to make holes in the high-temperature state, and the activated carbon product is made, Afterwards, it can be packaged and stored after being cooled by the cooling system.
Because the activated carbon activation furnace is heated by high-temperature physical method and steam is sprayed into the hole, the furnace body must ensure continuous operation for 24 hours to ensure uniform heating of materials. If the furnace suddenly stops, it must be ensured that the furnace materials are cleaned before stopping, otherwise it will seriously affect the service life of the furnace body.
The interior of the activation furnace is made of refractory bricks and cast materials, which prevent the materials from coming into contact with the cylinder. The temperature of the furnace body is stored and controlled better, producing high-quality activated carbon. The temperature inside the furnace reaches the standard heating temperature of coconut shell carbonized material inside the furnace: between 900 and 1100 ℃.
The appearance of the finished activated carbon is obtained through our crushing and screening system to obtain the specified material.
