Product Description:

This product is mainly used for steam activation of certain materials to form porous activated carbon, such as coconut shell charcoal, palm shell charcoal, apricot shell charcoal, peach shell charcoal, walnut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, hard miscellaneous charcoal, and so on.

To activate these materials, they must first be reheated at high temperatures within a certain temperature range and with air isolated from the environment. Furthermore, a small amount of high-temperature water vapor will be sprayed on the materials instantly as they enter the steam section in the activation furnace.

This process helps the pores in the material to open up and react with the steam, while also developing deeper and inward to form porous activated carbon.

Features:

The Activated Carbon Activation Furnace is composed of several systems, including the Feeding System, Converter High-Temperature Heating System, Steam System, Flue Gas Treatment System, and Cooling System, etc.

The Carbonized material is fed into the furnace through the conveying system for high-temperature heating. When the temperature reaches a certain level, Steam is sprayed onto the surface of the material to create holes in a high-temperature state. Activated Carbon products are then made.

Finally, the product is cooled with the cooling system before being packed and stored away.

As an example, for coconut shell charcoal, the furnace body specifications that correspond to various output levels are listed below:

1. φ 1.5m * 12m: activated carbon production of 1-2 tpd
2. φ 1.5m * 15m: activated carbon production of 2-3 tpd
3. φ 2.2m * 15m: activated carbon production of 3-4 tpd
4. φ 2.0m * 18m: activated carbon production of 4-5 tpd
5. φ 2.2m * 20m: activated carbon production of 5-6 tpd

Typically, 2-3 tons of charcoal is needed to produce 1 ton of finished activated carbon.

Packing and Shipping:

The crate's measurements are 3 ft x 4 ft x 6 ft and it will be weighed at approximately 500 lbs. The crate will be labeled with the product's name, the customer's name, and the shipping destination.
