It can also effectively cut down on labor cost and material resources, making it the preferred choice for a majority of activated carbon plants.

This machine can be divided into two types – small packaging machine and large packaging machine. The small packaging machine usually has a capacity range from 25 to 50 kg per bag, while large ones range from 1T to 3T per bag. We can customize the machine according to your requirements.

This system is designed for packaging activated carbon. It comprises of several essential components, including: linear vibrating screen, packaging machine, ash removal machine, dust removal machine, and conveyor.

The conveyor is used to transfer the material evenly to the linear vibrating screen. The material, screening through the vibrating screen, are then directly sent to the packaging machine for further packaging.

Moreover, it also comes with a dust removal system for better work environment.
