6 Special Production Lines

The company has 6 special production lines for animals feedintake regulation products such as full-automatic essence automatic ingredient production line which imported from the Netherlands, flavor agent production line, sweetener spray drying production line, and biological enzymolysis and Maillard reaction production system.

Product Categories

The product system includes five categories: feed flavor, sweeteners, attractants, acidifiers, and essential oils. It is suitable for animals including pigs, poultry, herbivores, aquatic products, and special economic animals.

R&D Team

The company has a talent team composed of professors, doctors, masters and returned scholars who have been engaged in essence and fragrance research, animal nutrition and management for many years. We have successively established scientific research institutions and platforms such as Sichuan Animal Feeding Regulation Engineering Technology Research Center, Sichuan Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, Chengdu Animal Feeding Regulation Academician Expert Workstation, Chengdu Industry University Research Joint Laboratory, and Sichuan Animal Feeding Regulation Engineering Technology Research Center Animal Experiment Field. We have established close industry university research cooperation relationships with more than ten domestic and foreign colleges and research institutions, including China Agricultural University, Sichuan Agricultural University, University of Illinois (UIUC), University of Georgia, and Feed Engineering Center.

Standers

As a corporate unit, Chengdu DadHank has participated in the drafting of standards GB/T 21543-2021 "General Requirements for Feed Additives and Seasoning Agents", GB/T 31215-2014 "General Requirements for Sweeteners in Mixed Feed Additives", and GB/T 22141-2018 "General Requirements for Acidifiers in Mixed Feed Additives".

Books and Papers

The company has published a technical monograph on "Practical Feed Seasoning" in both Chinese and English, and has published nearly 200 scientific research papers on animal feeding regulation, including 18 SCI indexed papers. Undertook and participated in more than 20 key scientific research projects, science and technology innovation fund projects, major special projects for Sichuan pigs in the 14th Five Year Plan period, major scientific and technological achievement transformation projects in Sichuan Province, key projects for industrial technology development in Sichuan Province, scientific research projects in Chengdu City, and provincial and municipal scientific research projects. Obtained 16 authorized invention patents and 25 utility model patents.

2014

Built an environmental protection system with our own patents and treatment schemes, and the three stages purification line is of first initiative in China. This system can purify aroma in the air effectively, and qualified environmental protection is a big guarantee of a stable supply of products.

2015

Upgraded to an automatic flavor batching line, which is unique in the feed flavoring field in China. the batching accuracy can be as high as 0.01 grams, which guarantees the precision of flavor formula batching and also the stability of different batch of products.

2016

Become a committee member of China national of feed acidifier

We proudly serve more than 3000 customers, and has established a solid strategic partnership with most of Top 20 feed groups.

The products had exported to more than 25 countries and regions including China, Europe, North America, South America, South Africa and Asia.
