Traits of the Product:
As a kind of Vanilla flavor,it takes on natural, pure, Vanilla flavor.
Main function:
1,The product special Vanilla flavor can respectively stimulate animal’s olfaction and taste. It may cause the secretion of animal’s digestive juice, gastrointestinal peristalsis and condition reflex of feeding, and then attract animals to take more feed.
2,By augmenting feed flavor and ameliorating feed palatable, it may make pigs take more feed and then gain overall nutrition and grow quickly.
3,With the help of the product, the feed can keep consistent fresh Vanilla flavor, So the application may widen sources of feed materials.
4,The special flavor can enhance feed product quality grade, meanwhile, it can use a sign of feed product which can reinforce competitive ability of feed.
Applicable feed trial:
130 28-day-old weaned piglets (Duroc×Landrace×large white, half males and half females) were allocated into 2 groups, 13 repeats per group with 5 piglets each replicate. Feed without or with DDC Vanilla Flavor (400g/ton) were supplemented to the piglets ad libtum. The treatment is performed for 14 days, recorded the body weight at the first day and the end of the test, during this period feed intake.

Trial on Dairy cows:
Trial design: 10 Dairy cows, observed the finish eating time of two kinds of diet under same feed intake. F1 was basic diet, F2 was F1+300g/T DDC Vanilla Flavor.

The result showed that the dairy cows finished the diet with DDC Vanilla Flavor in shorter time, that means DDC Vanilla Flavor significant enhanced the dairy cow feed flavor.
Recommendation Dosage:
Compound Feed: 300-600g/t.
Premix and Concentrate adding in accord with the proportion or the requirement of market.
Anti-temperature and anti-pressure trial:
Sustain general high-temperature pellet, after feed processing the aroma intensity decreased slowly with time, generally aroma still retains about 65% in 70 days after pellet in the case of about 80 degrees,vapor pressure 0.3-0.4MPa.
Attention:
It is necessary for user to moderately increase or decrease in light of different feed composition, seasons, regions, usage history of flavors and adding methods. Especially in pellet and extruder feeds,it is advisable that externally adding flavor method is adopted,or also , the adding amount should be enhanced by1.5 to 2 times.
