Main Function

1,The special fish flavor can stimulate animal’s olfaction and taste. It may cause the secretion of animal’s digestive juice, gastrointestinal peristalsis and condition reflex of feeding, then attract animals to take more feed.

2,By augmenting feed flavor and ameliorating feed palatable, it may make animal take more feed and then gain overall nutrition and grow quickly.

3,With the help of this product, the feed product can take on consistent fishmeal flavor. So the application may widen sources of feed materials as well as reduce the amount of fishmeal in the dietary.

4,Because DDC Fish Flavor has strong fishy flavor (more than 50 times compared with fishmeal), it can stabilization quality of product when there is short of fishmeal.

The effect of different temperature on the flavor loss rate

The loss rate of flavor increase with the rise of the temperature. DDC fish flavor compared with other product, have the better capacity of high temperature-resistance and fragrant leaving period.

Performance after pelleting

After pelleting, the aroma strength and pleasure of both DDC fish flavor and other product were better than control. During the whole test period, the flavor intensity and pleasure of DDC fish flavor was slightly better than that of competing products.

Animal trail

60 healthy carp (15±0.8g) were selected, and 30 carp per replicate were placed in the experimental culture tank. The experiment period was 24 hours uninterrupted aeration and oxygenation, and the culture cycle was 30 days. During the experiment, feeding was given 3 times a day (9:00, 13:00, 17:00). Weight gain rate =(final weight - initial weight)/ initial weight *100%; Feed coefficient = feed consumption/weight gain.

The feeding experiment of this product proved that when add 500g/mt in the carp compound feed, the weight gain rate and feed coefficient were significantly improved compared with the control group.

Recommendation Dose

Compound Feed for pig: 200-500ml/t.

Aquatic feed: 300-1000ml/t

Premix and Concentrate adding in accord with the proportion or the requirement of market.

Attention

It is necessary for user to moderately increase or decrease in light of different feed composition, seasons, regions, usage history of flavors and adding methods. The user will gain better effect if adding this product into feed which include fishmeal.
