2mil High Adhesion matte polyester label material

PL0050M is a substrate for a polyester, with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, suitable for thermal transfer printing of the matte white-coated surface of the label, and has good temperature and solvent resistant properties,is designed for high adhesion to textured metals and low surface energy plastics, but also to meet the needs of a certain temperature resistance, moisture-proof and anti-wear requirements of applications.

  • Printable via resin and wax/resin thermal transfer; UV & solvent screen

  • Permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with a heavier coat weight offers high initial tack, high shear, and high ultimate bond to a wide variety of oily and rough textured surfaces, including low-surface energy plastics and painted metal
