ADL is ISO13485, CE and FDA certified. We always strictly adhere to the international quality management standard system from the very beginning to the last process.

We only use the raw material which are CE and FDA510K certified.

Production Details of Quality Assurance

Ratio of plaster powder and water

The unaccurate ratio of plaster powder and water will directly affect the precision of plaster model and die.The accurate ratio can ensure a stable plaster expansion factor and give us a good start of the first production process. We use the automatic allocation equipment for plaster powder and water to ensure a correct ratio which is stipulated by plaster powder manufacturer.

Tools and equipment of qulity control

8x magnifiers are used in Model Margin Trimming Dept. and Metal Fitting Dept.Technicians can catch an accurate margin under 8x magnifiers.
Except the Model Trimming Dept. and Metal Fitting Dept., all the remaining departments use 2x headband magnifiers to catch more clearly and detailed status of each case.

The way of curing for full acrylic denture

We adopt the lastest hot curing and injection system for full acrylic denture. Even it is more complicated and more time consuming compared to cold curing. This traditional curing method can bring us a good occlusion and fitting, which cold curing can't 100% guarantee that.

3D Printers for model printing

We use high-end DLP type of printer from Heygears.More high precision and not easy to be deformed. An accurate and stable model is the first step to the success of a good dental prosthetic.

All alloys (precious and semi precious cases) in our lab are tested with specialist alloy scanning technology before shipment to ensure alloy integrity in all cases.

We use the articulator of AMANNGIRRBACH and IVOCLAR to ensure the accuracy of the occlusion.

Quality Inspection

Each case in our lab goes through 3 rounds of quality inspection to ensure a 100% perfection and customer's satisfaction. From occlusion, inter-proximal to shade, each process, each crown, are in strict inspection by the quality inspectors. In the perspective of ADL's staff, it is not only technology, but also art.
