All inflatable product are made by Plato high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which with 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. Our material meets SGS standard, ROHS certified and EN14960, water proof and fire-retardant. PVC Vinyl we used are High Durability, High Tear Strength, Fade Proof, Anti-Mildew Treatment, Excellent UV-Resistance, Cold Weather Resistance, Waterproof, Anti-Static, Heat-Insulation, Blackout, Shrink- Resistant, Fluorescent.

All the materials we have used auto digital cutting machine to avoid the production mistake and keep shape perfect.

Professional welding machine and workers.

All the handles and d-rings have made by machine, not normally glue.

All toys will be finally inflatable and tested by the Quality control department. Inflatable toys which made by hot welding machine will be under test for at least 2 days to ensure no air leakage and other problems before shipping.
