1. Can I have custom design with personal company logo?
Yes, the customerized logo is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use,just offer us picture in any format made by PDF or Adobe Illustrator.

2. How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 1-2 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 5-7 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

3. How long will it take for the delivery?
By express and air will take about 5-7 days, while by sea will takes about 20~35 days.

4. Do you offer accessories like blowers/pumps, repair kits?
Yes, each item is equiped with enough CE/UL blowers/pumps(according to the electric system in your country) and repair kits.

5. How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the finished pictures. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

6. What about the quality control?
As providing the best quality products to our clients is our aim, this step is very important to our business, our QC will check one by one to confirm every detail of the products is perfect.
