Production details & QC system of our inflatable products.

1.) Material: We use high-quality Plato 28oz or 0.9mm or 1000D PVC tarpaulin, which consists of three layers for enhanced durability.

2.) Precise Cutting: Our materials are cut using advanced auto digital cutting machines to eliminate production errors and maintain perfect shapes.

3.) Professional Welding: We employ skilled workers and utilize top-notch welding machines to ensure strong and secure seams.

4.) Stitching: Our products are subjected to double stitching and quadruple stitching to reinforce areas of high stress.

5.) Printing: Digital printing, silk printing, or meticulous hand painting methods are employed for vibrant and long-lasting designs.

6.) Blower: Depending on the area of use, we provide CE (220V, 50Hz) or UL (110V, 60Hz) compliant blowers. Customizable plugs are also available.

7.) Complementary Accessories: Each product includes free repair kits and manuals for assistance. Additionally, import and safety certificates are

provided as required.

8.) Convenient Packaging: Our inflatables are accompanied by sturdy and durable carry bags and are packaged in standard cartons for easy transportation.

9.) Rigorous Testing: Prior to delivery, every product undergoes extensive testing for over 24 hours at our factory to ensure optimal functionality and durability.
