The compressed air cooler is used to cool down the air after it passes through the compressor to the next further process,
by this way, we can increased power and improved the efficiency of the equipment.
If the water and airborne contaminants in the compressed air is not removed, and hot temperature and water and particles can be harmful filtration and lubrication system, and cause bad performance of the equipment.
Technic
The inter cooler & charge cooler performance and pressure drop characteristics can be optimized to meet any specific application needs through variations in the fin and insert density and type. Our coolers are manufactured using either controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) or vacuum brazing processes, and are available with either aluminum cast or glass-reinforced nylon tanks
