Aerogels Flexible Thermal Insulation Aerogel 650J

Product Introduction

Aerogels are synthetic low-density materials with unique physical properties. They are formed by removing the liquid from a gel under special drying conditions, bypassing the shrinkage and cracking experienced during ambient evaporation. This creates a solid three-dimensional nanoporous structure containing 80-99% air.
Due to their high porosity, aerogels exhibit the lowest thermal conductivity of any solid, whilst being transparent to light and solar radiation. Aerogels are often cited as a promising materialfor translucent insulation applications. They can made from practically any material, although the most common form is silica aerogel which can be produced as granules or in solid (monolithic) tiles.

Excellent Performance

1. Low thermal conductivity is only 1/3 to 1/5 of traditional materials.

2. Drowning rate >99.5% moisture absorption rate <0.5%.

3. High fire rating: fire performance A1, smokeless, no droplets, no harmful gases.

4. Green environmental protection: non-toxic materials without corrosion.

5. Convenient construction: aerogels are thin, tensile and compressive. Low density and light weight. The utility knife can be cut without the need for professional tools and equipment.

6. Long service life: aerogel has a unique three-position network structure, long-term use shrinkage rate ≤1% at 650°C, and no melt sintering, powdering, aerogel is an inorganic material, UV long-term exposure is not aging, weather resistance Good service life can reach more than 20 years.
