Objective

Scope Of Application

Storage Of Specimens

• The blood contains respirable active cells (white blood cells, reticulocytes), which continue to consume oxygen to produce CO 2 after sampling. Generally, arterial blood samples are stored at 37℃ in vitro, and PACO 2 increases by 1mmHg every 10min and pH decreases by 0.01. Therefore, the blood should be sent for examination immediately after drawing. Generally, the time from the collection of the sample to the completion of determination should not exceed 30min.
• In case of special circumstances, it can not be determined immediately, it should be placed in a container containing ice water or in a refrigerator, but the storage time should not exceed 2h. Before the measurement should be placed at room temperature for a few minutes, because the temperature of every 1℃ can make the pH rise 0.014, PaO2, PaCO2 also has an impact

Usage Method

1. The human artery was selected and the disposable human artery blood sample collector was taken out.
2. Pull the pull rod to the position of blood volume for pre-collection;
3. Remove the needle sheath, puncture the artery, arterial blood naturally gushes out;
4. When the arterial blood reaches the preset position, the piston vent valve closes when wet, and the blood collector is pulled out.
5. Activate the safety device (button up sheath or insert the needle into the cube plastic block to prevent accidental stab injury) and remove the needle;
6. Screw the seal and leave it to be tested

Contraindication

1. Anticoagulant therapy;
2. Patients with severe peripheral vascular atherosclerosis;
3. Patients suffering from coagulation disorders;
4. Patients with a history of vasospasm after puncture;
5. Samples should not be taken from areas of inflammation, purulent infection, sclerosis, scarring, or skin disease

Precautions, Warnings and Suggestive Instructions

1. Disposable use and destruction after use;
2. Do not use the contents if the container has been opened or damaged.
3. The use of the product must comply with the requirements of the relevant operating codes and regulations of the medical department;
4. In the process of using the product, it should be carried out slowly to avoid exerting too much force and causing pain to patients.
5. Discard as infected waste after use.

Warning

• Blood samples should be collected by medical personnel for the use of the product. Blood samples and blood collection equipment should be handled with caution. Please wear qualified rubber gloves to avoid direct contact with blood. Aseptic techniques should be adopted during the whole process of blood collection to prevent infection of the blood collection site.
• If there are any bubbles in the collector, remove them immediately and seal the sampler with a seal.
• Turn the collector upside down several times, and then roll it back and forth in the palm of your hand several times to ensure that the blood sample is well mixed.
• Avoid storing blood samples or minimize storage time. If it is not possible to test immediately, please store it in a refrigerator at 4 ° C and test the blood sample within 30 minutes after collection
