Expected usage

his product is used to detect 2019 ncovigm/IgG antibody in human serum, plasma or whole blood. It is only used as a supplementary test indicator for suspected cases with a negative nucleic acid test for nCoV in 2019, or used together with nucleic acid testing for the diagnosis of suspected cases.

Detection method

1. Preparation before experiment
Remove the reagents and samples and restore all reagents and samples to room temperature.
2. Experimental Steps
① Open the test reagent package, take out the test card and lay it flat.
② Add 10μL samples to the sample hole of the test card. Then add 2 drops (about 60μL) Sample buffer.
③ Reaction at room temperature, after 10-15 minutes, the test result can be read after 20 minutes and the result is invalid
④ Concise operating procedures
Open the package, take out the test paper, and place it horizontally
↓
Add 10μL of the sample to the sample hole of the test strip
↓
Add 2 drops (about 60μL) of sample buffer to the sample hole
↓React at room temperature for 10-15 minutes
Read the results with the naked eye
