"Three new tests", namely, white blood cells (WBC)+C-reactive protein (CRP)+ serum amyloid A(SAA), are SAA tests put forward by many well-known pediatricians in recent years according to their clinical value, and have been widely used and recognized in the diagnosis of infant infection. The results showed that the total positive rate of SAA in various inflammatory diseases was 8.54% higher than that of CRP. Combined SAA and CRP tests can more accurately diagnose infection types and monitor the process of infectious diseases.
