New Designed Hydroponic Nft System PVC Pipe / Channel For Greenhouse
Product Description
The hot-dip galvanized pipe is formed by the reaction of molten metal and iron matrix to form alloy layer, so that the matrix and coating are combined. Hot galvanizing is the first pickling of steel pipes. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of steel pipe, after pickling, clean it with ammonium chloride or zinc chloride solution or mixed solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride. Hot dip. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life. A layer of zinc iron alloy with corrosion resistance and close structure is formed by complex physical and chemical reaction between the base of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe and the deposition solution. The alloy layer is combined with pure zinc layer and steel pipe matrix, which has strong corrosion resistance.
The Advantage Of hot-dip galvanized steel pipe
1 | Thick |
2 | Uniform Coating |
3 | Strong Adhesion |
4 | Long Service Life |
5 | Low Cost |
1.Homogeneity of the galvanized layer: the steel pipe sample cannot be red (copper-plated) for 5 consecutive immersions in the copper sulfate solution
2. Surface quality: The surface of galvanized steel pipe should have a complete galvanized layer. There should be no inplated black spots and air bubbles. Small rough surfaces and local zinc tumors are allowed.
3. Galvanized layer weight: According to the requirements of the demander, galvanized steel pipes can be used to determine the zinc layer weight. The average value should be not less than 500g square meters, and any sample should not be less than 480g / square meter.
Production Step
Preparation of round steel; heating; hot rolling and piercing; pickling of cutting head; grinding; lubrication; cold rolling; degreasing; solution heat treatment; straightening and cutting; pickling; finished product inspection.
