Vertical aerobic fermentation tank
Aerobic fermentation tank equipment is an integrated complete set of equipment specialized in the treatment of livestock manure, domestic sludge, kitchen waste and other organic wastes. It is mainly to use the activity of microorganisms to biodecompose and decompose the organic matter in the waste, so as to realize the reduction, harmless and stable transformation into bio organic fertilizer and realize resource utilization. Aerobic fermentation tank equipment is a new product of our company introduced foreign technology, improved and innovated. The product adopts intelligent high-temperature aerobic fermentation processing technology, which is advanced in technology and mature in practice. It is sold to more than 300 domestic aerobic fermentation tanks in many foreign countries.

Process Flow Design The intelligent high-temperature aerobic fermentation process includes: mixing and tempering, feeding, aerobic fermentation, and automatic feeding four processes.

A Mixing part In the mixing part, feces or organic wastes with a high water content of 75% or so are mixed with biomass and fermentation bacteria in a certain proportion to adjust the water content, C: N, air permeability, etc. to achieve fermentation conditions. If the moisture content of raw material is 55-65%, it can be directly put into the tank for fermentation.
B Aerobic fermentation tank The process can be divided into rapid heating stage, high temperature stage and cooling stage. The material enters the fermentation tank and decomposes rapidly within 24 48 hours under the action of aerobic bacteria. The heat released makes the material temperature rise rapidly, generally 50~65 ° C, up to 70 ° C. The air supply and aeration system is used to evenly supply oxygen to the fermentation tank to meet the oxygen demand in the fermentation process, so that the materials can be fully fermented and decomposed, and the high-temperature stage can last for 5-7 days. When the decomposition rate decreases slowly, the temperature gradually decreases to below 50 ℃. The whole fermentation process lasts 7-15 days. The temperature rise and ventilation and oxygenation speed up the evaporation of material moisture. The exhaust gas and water vapor are discharged through the deodorizer after treatment by the deodorization system, so as to reduce the volume of materials and achieve the purpose of reducing, stabilizing and harmless treatment of materials. The temperature of the fermentation room is above 50 ° C for more than 7 days, which can better kill insect eggs, pathogens and weed seeds. It meets the treatment requirements of the National Code for Harmless Technical Treatment of Livestock and Poultry Manure (NY/T1168-2006), and achieves the goal of harmless treatment of feces.
C Automatic feeding part The materials in the fermentation chamber will fall layer by layer under the action of the main shaft and gravity and then be discharged as organic after fermentation Fertilizer raw material, water content<40%, realizing the resource utilization of organic wastes. After the organic fertilizer raw materials are released and stored in the organic fertilizer warehouse for 20-30 days, the temperature will drop more stably, and the field can be fertilized directly..
Applicable conditions for fermentation in the third fermentor
Use sawdust, sawdust and other moisture to adjust materials, and the moisture content is generally controlled at 50-75%. Air: the upper part, lower part and mixing blade of fermentation tank shall be evenly ventilated. Temperature: 50-70 ° C is the ideal temperature for aerobic microorganism propagation, and the operating temperature is usually controlled at 60 . C or so, the temperature of the material is reduced to below 50 ° C after it is decomposed. PH value, C, N ratio: PH value 6-8.5 (PH value, C, N ratio of ordinary organic wastes are suitable for fermentation tank The raw materials treated with lime and sulfuric acid are not suitable for fermentation). High temperature fermentation strain: it can survive and reproduce at - 25 ° C - 80 ° C, and the beneficial bacteria formed can kill Harmful bacteria. PLC automatic control, operating power is about 21Kw/h, about 500Kw/d.
