High Temperature High Vacuum Degree Heat Treatment Vacuum Brazing Furnace, high temperature vacuum hardening oven

Xinda vacuum furnace is used for vacuum sintering of powder material such as,rare earth permanent magnet alloy, carbide, metal ceramics, etc. and vacuum brazing, such as high temperature alloy, cemented carbide alloy, ceramic, etc. The furnace is equipped with a mechanical rotary vacuum pump to ensure a max. high vacuum degree of 6.67x10-3Pa.

1. Double layer steel casting with water jacket to support water cooling to keep case

temperature lower;

2. High purity fiber alumina board chamber for the best energy saving;

3. The temperature is controlled by precision SCR.
