AGV Magnetic Guidance Sensor RS232/RS485/NPN/PNP Output Mode

Magnetic navigation sensor technology uses the magnetic field characteristics of magnets to study magnetic signal detection and a test platform for the relative movement between the vehicle and the magnetic strip.

On this platform, it simulates the on-site automatic driving of magnetic rail nail navigation, designs the vehicle's linear motion, S-shaped motion and acceleration and other motion modes, and writes software programs to achieve functional requirements.

Specification

• The access voltage must be within the rated voltage range;
• Prevent impact, water erosion, wrong wiring;
• No other magnetic objects can exist in the detection range;
• When working, the sensor is perpendicular to the magnetic object, and the inclination angle in all directions does not exceed ±10°;
• Regularly clean the sensor to prevent the adhesion of magnetic metal dust.
